LeaseLedger Privacy Notice
This notice explains what personal information LeaseLedger collects, why we need it, and how to contact us about it. We do not sell personal information.
What we collect
- Account and contact details, such as your name and email address.
- Workspace information you or an authorised teammate provide, including lease records and supporting documents.
- Security and operational information needed to authenticate users, prevent misuse, diagnose problems, and keep an audit trail.
- Information you submit through demo, upgrade, and support forms.
Why we collect it
We use this information to provide and secure LeaseLedger, calculate and export the outputs you request, manage accounts and plans, respond to support, communicate important service information, and meet legal obligations. An email address is required to create and recover an account; optional form details help us respond effectively.
Where information is handled
Core workspace records and supporting documents are hosted in Amazon Web Services in Sydney, Australia. We use service providers for authentication, operational email, security, and infrastructure. If you deliberately use an AI-assisted feature, the content you submit to that feature may be processed by third-party AI providers in the United States or other provider locations. Avoid submitting personal or sensitive information that is not needed.
Sharing and access
We disclose information only to service providers that help us operate LeaseLedger, to authorised members of your workspace, when you direct us to, or where required by law. Workspace administrators control teammate access. We do not use customer lease data for advertising.
Security and retention
We use access controls, encryption in transit and at rest, audit logging, and protected backups. We retain account and workspace information while the service is active and as needed for security, recovery, and legal obligations. If a workspace is deleted, live data is removed and encrypted backup copies expire through the normal retention cycle.
Your choices and questions
You can update workspace details in the app and export lease records at any time. To request access, correction, deletion, or to raise a privacy concern, use the in-app support form or email adrian@leaseledger.com.au. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable time. If the Australian Privacy Act applies and a privacy complaint remains unresolved, you may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

We will update this notice when our information-handling practices materially change and show the current version here.
